Welcome to the ACD.Net Help Center!

Here in the Help Center we will try to address the most common questions our internet support technicians are asked.  There are some problems that are quite common, caused by factors ranging from something as simple as the behavior of certain programs and operating systems to something as ominous as the functionality of the Internet itself.  Now, it would take more pages than ACD.Net could ever hope to provide in order to explain how the Internet works, but we'll try to give you the essentials as far as how certain aspects of the Internet will affect you and your daily enjoyment of your Internet service.

You can always email support@acd.net, or leave a voicemail after hours.  ALL voicemails are returned in the order they are received.  If there is no answer, or if the phone number is busy, then the call will remain in the call list until we can either reach someone (or something) to leave a message or we can speak with the customer directly.  When leaving voicemails, PLEASE include your name, phone number, your username on ACD.Net (or ACD.Net email address), a brief description of the problem you're experiencing, and the phone number where you can be reached.  If you only leave a phone number, and that phone number isn't working, or for some other reason you can't be reached at that number, we will not be able to return your call.

Please follow instructions when in the voicemail system.  Many voicemails are lost in our phone system because customers do not press the pound (#) key when finished recording their message.  Doing this will give you confirmation that the message was saved in the voicemail system.
